Structure:

This machine structure pattern three roller symmetrical type, the roller in two central

symmetrical position under the roller moves vertically through the screw worm and silk mother ,

The two lower rollers rotates through the gear reducer output and lower rollers Gear mesh ,

to provide torque for the roll sheet . The machine disadvantage is that end plate bending

requires the use of other devices .

Performace:

The constructruction of this machine is in the form of three rollers symmetry, the top roller in the central symmetry. the top roller in the central symmetry position over the two bottom rollers, does vertical motion up and down through screw,nut and worm transmission, decleerator gears bottom rollers providing torsion moment for coiling sheet metal, the disadvantage is that the device needs other equipment end plate pre-bending.
