ZW Series Horizontal Non Clogging Self Priming Centrifugal Water Transfer Pump

ZW type non-blocking self-priming sewage pump, also known as solid-liquid pump or impurity pump. It is a combination of self-priming pump and non-blocking sewage pump. It adopts axial reflow and external mixing. The hydraulic design is unique. The impeller is shrunk in a separate impeller chamber. The pump chamber is connected to the impeller chamber. When the impeller rotates, the pump The inner liquid produces a strong axial eddy current, causing the inlet to create a vacuum and the outlet to produce a lift. Therefore, the impurities can be discharged from the pressurized water chamber, so that the flow passage is completely unobstructed, and the sewage discharge effect is unmatched by other self-priming sewage pumps. Through the unique design of the pump body and the impeller flow channel, it is possible to install the bottom valve and the irrigation water like the general self-priming water-purifying centrifugal pump, and to suck and drain the liquid containing the large particles and the long fiber impurities.

Self-priming pump:

• First use of water
• The inlet pipe does not need a bottom valve, and it has a self-priming function.
• Self-priming performance, suction up to 5 meters

Centrifugal pump:

• Add water before each use
• The inlet pipe needs to be installed with a bottom valve to self-prime
• Small suction, 1-2 meters
