1 Feeding Unit

※Separating and combining of the machine and platform undergo electric control added with alarm which rings consecutively during running to ensure worker’s safety

※lead edge feeding system adopting vacuum suction to make wrapping cardboard feeding smooth, air draft volume can be adjusted according to different cardboard.

※Side baffles movement are adjusted by manual control and back baffle movement are adjusted by electric control,easy to operate.

※Upper feeding roller: seamless steel pipe covered with wear-resistant rubber make sure paper fed in good shape.

※ Down feeding roller: seamless steel pipe is plated with chrome and grinded surface.


2 Printing Unit

Printing roller:

1) printing roller is seamless steel pipe is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface;

2) Rectification treatment ensures running stably;

3) Loading and unloading printing plate with electric controlling CW/CCW by foot switch.

Pressing roller:

1) Seamless steel pipe is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface;

2) Rectification treatment ensures running stably

3) Pressing roller interval dial is adjusted by manual control in an adjustment range from 0 to 12mm

Anilox roller:

1) Anilox roller seamless steel pipe is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface, pressing anilox;

2) Automatic pneumatic lifting gear working with feeding system(Anilox roller lowers down to touch printing template during feeding ,rises up to leave printing template after stopping feeding );

Ink distributing rubber roller:

1) Rubber roller seamless steel pipe is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.

2) Rubber is specially grinded in medium and high grade with excellent ink distributing effect

Feeding roller:

1) Upper feeding roller seamless steel pipe with 2 feeding wheels of dia 136mm, plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.

2) Down feeding roller plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.

3) Feeding interval dial is adjusted by manual control in an adjustment range from 0 to 12mm

Phase adjustment:

1) Planetary structure;
