Machine usage:

SME-5200 Processing Parts Automatic Spray Wash Machine Processing Oil Resin Particle Dusts Dual Station Spray Cleaner is used to clean oil, resin, particles, dusts on the surface of processing parts.

Wash process: put dirty parts in round basket--liquid wash--water rinse--hot air blow dry. the processing parts on round basket turns 360° ,the upper, lower and front side spray bars fixed.

PLC control, TP operation. SME-5200 has wash unit, rinse unit, dry unit, filter unit and electric control unit. Liqui clean, tap water rinse, hot air blow dry process are automatic conducted one by one accorind to setting programe.

Machine features:

1. Processing parts oil, particles and dusts automatic wash.

2. Total SUS 304 structure, resist Acid and Alkali corrosion, firm and attractive.
2. Batch clean . φ1000mm diameter big cleaning round basket.
3. Clean liquid spray from 3 spray rods on upper/lower and front side, cleaning basket rotates during cleaning.

8. Closed-loop clean and rinse, clean detergent and rinse water are cycling filtered and reused in the machine.
9. Standard equipped solution and water auto fill in and discharge function.
10.The fixtures are clean and dry after cleaning, standby and ready for use at any time.

Q1: Why SME-5200 can clean oil, particle and dust on processing?

A1: It spray liquid from up, down, front side while round basket turns 360° at certain speed. the spray lqiuid pressure is about 6kgf/cme. it is enough to wash the oil, particles and dusts off from parts.

Q2: How many parts can SME-5200 clean one time?

A2: It depends on parts size.φ1m round basket can load a lot of parts.

Q3: What is cycle time of SME-5200?

A3: It is about 40~45 miutes, including wash,rinse and hot air blow dry time.

Q4: Does the round basket turns with setting speed?

A4: Yes, the 1000mm diamater round basket turns at the speed of 15~20RPM
