Q: What is the door thickness requirement for your IC card door lock for hotel?
A: The thickness of the door should be within 38-60mm.

If more than 60mm, please advise us the thickness, we need to change longer screws.

If less than 38mm, your door can not fit the lock mortise.

Q: What's type of key card can be used to your door lock hotel?
A: T5557 (by default), ID4100, M1 card

Q:Can I change the door lock's handle direction on my side?
A: No, you can't. You need to decide the handle direction (opening direction) when placing order.

And we manufacture the lock as you requirement.

Q: Do you provide OEM service?
