1.2714 Due to its characteristics of high wear resistance, extra toughness, and high hardness which is made with CR-Ni-MO-V high gradient alloys. Equivalent grades DB6 / L6 / SKT4 are commonly used as pre-hardening conditions. The standard hardness is 360 ~ 430 BHN. DIN 2714 is an upgraded version of DIN 2713 with better die performance. We provide modules as additional forging reduction and upsetting with double tempering to achieve better ultrasonic quality.

1.2714 is an Ni alloyed die steel which has extreme toughness and good through hardening properties with very little size change after heat treatment .
