This dust collector is a new product introduced from Fule Company in the United States. This series of products can be widely used for dust collection systems in cement plants, such as crushing, silo roofs, clinker coolers, and ball mills. This series of products has a total of 33 specifications, with four types of bags in each room: 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags. The filter bag length is 2450mm and 3060mm, and the dust collection efficiency can reach over 99.9%. The dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 30mg/m3 (standard). If this series of dust collectors is used in cold regions, a heating device should be installed when the outdoor temperature is ≤ -25 ℃.

This series of dust collectors has a small number of pulse valves and uses imported (American ASCO) pulse valves, which have a long service life and low maintenance workload. Each room is equipped with offline valves, which can be used for offline dust cleaning without stopping the machine, reducing the occurrence of "secondary adsorption" of dust, effectively extending the service life of filter bags, and reducing the operating resistance of equipment. The filter bag is fixed with a spring expansion ring made of stainless steel material, which has good sealing effect and can ensure emission standards. It does not need to be tied or disassembly, replacement and installation is very easy, making the operation more convenient. It adopts a top opening bag replacement method, as long as there is a space of 2450-3100mm at the top, the bag can be replaced, reducing the footprint compared to side bag replacement.
