U type Mosi2 Heating elemet
Compared with ordinary electric heating devices, the U-type
Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi₂) heating element exhibits
extraordinary capabilities.
Ordinary heating elements usually experience a significant decline
in performance under high-temperature conditions and are unable to
provide heat stably and continuously. In contrast, the U-type
Molybdenum Disilicide heating element, by virtue of the unique
material properties of molybdenum disilicide, operates with great
ease in the high-temperature field.
The melting point of molybdenum disilicide is as high as around
2030℃, which enables the heating element to work stably for a long
time in extremely high-temperature environments. When ordinary
heating elements may have already "failed" in the high-temperature
range of 1600℃ to 1800℃, the U-type Molybdenum Disilicide heating
element can continuously and effectively output heat, meeting the
stringent requirements of various high-temperature heating
processes.
