The structure of the stee wire crusher:
Spindle system: multi-layer cutters (serrated cutters, spiral
cutters or hammer cutters) are fixed on the vertically installed
spindle, and the speed is usually 100-300rpm;
Crushing chamber: wear-resistant lining (such as manganese steel or
ceramic coating) is set on the inner wall of the cylinder, and the
screen is installed at the bottom or side;
Drive system: the motor is driven by a belt or gear box, and the
power is configured according to the processing capacity (15-75kW);
Auxiliary devices: feed hopper (with pressing device), dust removal
system, overload protection sensor.

Working principle of stee wire vertical crusher:
Material entry: Materials containing wire (such as tire blocks, wire hoses) fall
into the cavity from the top feed hopper;
Crushing process: The main shaft drives the cutter to rotate at high speed, and the
material is subjected to the shear force, centrifugal impact force
and impact force of the cutter, the wire is torn and cut, and
non-metallic materials such as rubber are crushed into debris;
Separation and discharge: Particles (wire + rubber) that meet the mesh aperture are
discharged from the bottom, and unqualified materials continue to

magnetic separation devices to simultaneously separate wire and
