The extruder features water recycling with metering material
loading device. The single-screw extruder and traction machine
utilize imported AC frequency conversion speed regulating devices,
with vacuum pumps and traction motors made of high-quality
products. Available with chipless cutting, saw blade cutting, or
planetary cutting, the unit delivers reliable performance and high
production efficiency.

Product Details
Raw Material Feeding: PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, and additives are pre-mixed
and fed into the extruder hopper.
Twin Screw Extruder Machine: The twin-screw extruder conveys, compresses, and melts the PVC
mixture under controlled heating zones.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling: The vacuum calibration tank features two-chamber structure with
vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Both vacuum tank and spraying
cooling tank use stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum system
ensures precise sizing for pipes.
Haul-off Unit: The three crawler track on the haul-off machine ensures stable and
steady pipe running. Haul-off units can be tailored based on
production requirements through general control adjustments.
Cutting Unit: High accuracy encoder ensures precise and stable cutting length.
With PLC control system, manual operation cutting is available for
specific applications.
