Steel structure buildings utilize construction steel as the primary
load-bearing structure. These structures typically consist of
beams, columns, trusses, and other components made from section
steel and steel plates, forming complete buildings with roof,
floor, wall, and enclosure structures.
Construction section steel typically includes hot-rolled angle
steel, channel steel, I-beams, H-section steel, and steel pipes.
Steel structures offer high strength, elastic modulus, uniform
material properties, excellent plasticity and toughness, precision
manufacturing, convenient installation, high industrialization
levels, and faster construction timelines.
Main frame components of prefabricated steel structure buildings:

Our products are fully customized. If you have drawings, please
send them to us for direct quotation.
If you don't have drawings but have plan drawings or ideas, contact
us immediately. We can design according to your requirements and
provide quotations. In this case, please provide the following
information:
| 1. Location | Where will the building be constructed? |
| 2. Size | Length × width × eave height |
| 3. Wind load | Maximum wind speed |
| 4. Snow load | Maximum snow height |
| 5. Anti-earthquake | Required earthquake resistance level |
| 6. Brickwall needed | Yes/No |
| 7. Thermal insulation | If yes: EPS, fiberglass wool, rockwool, or PU sandwich panels recommended. If not: metal steel sheets (lower cost option) |
| 8. Door quantity & size | Number of units and dimensions |
| 9. Window quantity & size | Number of units and dimensions |
| 10. Crane needed | Yes/No with specifications if required |
1. Lofting: Includes checking installation dimensions and hole distances from
drawings, verifying component sizes, and creating samples for
blanking, bending, milling, planing, hole making, and other
processing operations.
2. Material Marking: Includes material verification, cutting layout, milling, planing,
drilling position marking, punching, and part numbering. Key
considerations include nesting according to material lists and
samples to maximize material savings while ensuring part quality
and process compliance.
3. Cutting & Blanking: Utilizes oxygen cutting (gas cutting), plasma cutting, and other
high-temperature methods, as well as mechanical cutting and sawing
techniques.
4. Correction: Includes mechanical straightening using steel straightening
machines and flame correction methods.
5. Edge & End Processing: Methods include shovel edge, planing edge, milling edge, carbon
arc air gouging, semi-automatic and automatic gas cutting machines,
and groove machining.
6. Hole Making: Includes rivet holes, ordinary connecting bolt holes,
high-strength bolt holes, anchor bolt holes, and other required
openings.

We package goods according to standard packing methods. Based on customer requirements and product characteristics, we select either pallet or bulk loading methods, then containerize the goods for shipment to the nearest port.
