delivers high-frequency, low-energy discharges optimized for rapid

optimized conditions. An intelligent constant-tension wire feed
system minimizes the risk of wire breakage, ensuring cutting
stability when processing thick workpieces and complex contours.
Precision and Surface Quality — A closed-loop position feedback
system utilizing high-resolution linear scales ensures a
positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm and a repeatability of ±0.003 mm.
Through multi-pass cutting technology (comprising one roughing pass
followed by one or more finishing passes), surface roughness can
reach as low as Ra 0.8 μm, meeting the requirements of numerous
mold and tooling manufacturing applications without the need for
secondary polishing. Intelligent CNC System — The color touchscreen
controller supports G-code, ISO code, and the direct import of
DXF/AutoCAD files. Real-time monitoring functions display cutting
progress, wire tension, working fluid levels, and filter status.
